Basics of Pistol Shooting

The NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting is a basic, but very thorough class that will be great for a beginner shooter or someone who needs to refamiliarize themselves with their firearm.   The class will take approximately 8 hours to complete from start to finish.  The first few hours will be inside the classroom learning about gun safety, pistols and how they work, how to operate most handguns, to going through hands on drills preparing you for the live fire exercise at the gun range.  

The cost of your class will include a 202-page NRA Guide to Basics of Pistol Shooting, the NRA Marksmanship Qualification Program book and the NRA Gun safety rules placard.  The price will also include the cost of the range, ammunition if you use my firearms and targets.  

I must have at least 3 students in order to run the class.  The cost is $125.00 per person.

You do not need to own a firearm.  You don't need to have any experience with a firearm.  You just need a willingness to learn.
